  Gino's 20 years ago starred as a pizzeria that sold great pizza. Then they expanded to a restaurant years later and have gone Downhill ever since. The food is good but at Manhattan prices. We used to go there often 10 years ago but seldom go now for the high prices and tight sitting areas. The pizzeria is still there but the quality of pizza is gone. The iPhone point for us was to order what we know is great most of the time. We were pleased with our veal and appetizers and our garlic and oil spaghetti. The service could be better but I'm sure it's not easy working in a jammed dinning room. The best part about Gino's is if there's a line we go elsewhere. It gets one star as this place is below par and is over rated by many The place needs Improvement in there seating capacity, their service needs to be a little less pushy for n clearing tables and a little more on bring out entrees all at once . The manager also needs to be a little in control of his staff and less obnoxious to guests BTW the owner didn't even respond to this review. I'm local and refuse poor service and rushed made Italian dishes.

  Best Italian restaurant in Brooklyn. Bay Ridge has a lot to offer when it comes to restaurants but this one is by far not only the best one in Bay Ridge for the best Italian restaurant in Brooklyn. If you go there do yourself a favor and try the creme brulee for dessert

  We've been going to Gino's for 34 years. The food and the dining experience was excellent as always. I had my usual, chicken francese which I think is the best anywhere! Everything from the entrees to the pasta to the desserts was just outstanding. Will continue to be a regular customer.

  I've visited Gino's twice in a month. Not including tonight. Love love the food. And dishes are delicious. I had their pasta and sausage & the taste is amazing. I highly recommend visiting Gino's. Their food/ service & prices are greattttttt👍

  I've been coming to Gino's since they were a small establishment with only a pizza oven and a few tables. Now they've expanded their space and haven't lost their flair for exceptionally excellent, delicious food, atmosphere & ambiance as well as excellent bartender and waiter/waitress service. The price is alright! But Gino's is more than that. When you go there, you feel like you're part of their family and feel right at home. It is a beautiful positive atmosphere. You are immediately greeted with a smile. Many times I've seen the Owner, his Mother and Aunt who work diligently in the kitchen preparing delicious, wonderful food. They've always been very pleasant and appreciative to their patrons. And if you do come solo, sit at the bar and eat there and have a great beverage prepared by a great bartender. You can see that the patrons love being there and you'll feel great being there too. Thank heavens for such a great establishment. I don't know where I'd go if they weren't around. Try it, you'll love it! The patrons do. And if they're busy, it's worth the wait.
