  Good sushi, the actual service was meh... Maybe because it was a Sunday afternoon... But good sushi!!!

  Best sushi I have ever had in my life. I am a huge sushi person and have tried a ton of sushi returaunts all over Charlotte, New York, Chicago- Ginbu is the BEST SUSHI EVER. Absolutely ridiculously delicious. Spicy Tuna Twist is my favorite. The pork and veggie dumplings (with the sauce) are also a delicious appetizer. Absolutely fantastic food and service. Will definitely dine again.

  Great food, great sushi. It's very simple, and it may not be what you expect, but with an open mind you'll come to realize what an amazing little gem this restaurant is. If in doubt, though, order a side of spicy mayo and teriyaki. It helps ;)

  I love this place, but I never get to go! It’s so far away from us now that we live north of Charlotte. They have amazing sushi, but my favorite thing is this shrimp appetizer with the lettuce wraps. And I love their ginger salad - it’s different, but delicious. I’m somewhat of a ginger salad conessiour. Next time I’m in that area I’m definitely going to eat there! Obsessed!!

  Delicious Sushi and Noodle dish. Crab Rangoons were very good. Prices affordable. Limited Parking spaces in small lot, was only negative.
