  Amazing customer service. Everyone there was super friendly and willing to help with any questions you may have. The wigs there are super affordable and great quality!

  Upon entering the store I took pictures for my Google guide. The owner didnt say anything which was a Korean woman. An employee followed me around the beauty supply. I asked a few questions regarding their units. I also asked to try one on which I ended up refusing because I wanted to apply it myself. This woman said I couldnt because I could potentially mess up the lace. I explained that I would purchase the unit if it was ruined. She didnt budge instead became upset that I continued to take photos. I didnt purchase anything as they were rude. I thought the units were nice but after reading more reviews I wouldnt go back.

  I purchased what I thought was a "human hair" wig for wifey from this place for $140.00 . She washed the wig once and it was totally destroyed and does not even look like a wig now. It is not wearable!! It was synthetic hair but the tag said 100% human hair. They sell fake products and what you think you buy is not what you get!! She spoke to the owner and showed her and she told her she was reporting the business to better business bureau. She informed her to "do what I have to do". Very rude and unfriendly towards customer satisfaction. Be careful!!
