  Horrible company. First they want their payment upfront and then make no effort to contact their customers. They are rude and thief's. I demanded a refund, instead Kelly Gibson was rude and nasty I will file a suit against them on Monday

  Ha! This firm is a joke fair warning to all who seek help to save their business or solve your tax solutions. Many firms had contacted me about trying to reduce my tax penalty and save my business and they were one of them, out of desperation I said what the hell why not and once I called them back and quoted me we came to an agreement of $2950. NO INSTALLMENTS I paid them straight out of pocket before paying them the gentleman on the phone said don't worry we will get you on a payment plan or even reduce your penalties AFTER the fact I told them the IRS had given me a 30 days notice to pay the penalty or they will levy my business. After paying the FULL amount up front they put me through 3-4 different representatives to simply fax some papers over and said they will take care of it from there. After two weeks I tried contacting them and it was almost impossible to talk to anyone and when I finally did they said they will keep me updated. With that being said when the IRS came to take the business I asked them did anyone from KEY TAX group contact them and they said NO not one person had spoken to anyone from their firm. When I asked for a refund a lady name Kelly totally had a change in attitude with me and said "why do you need a refund"? Really?!? I simply told her there was no services rendered the only this they did was ask me to fax some papers that was it. I told them give me a refund or I will contact the better business bureau and every other agency to look in to shady practice and we came to an agreement of 70% refund even tho they didn't do a thing. After several weeks they had the nerve to send a check for 50% of the fee SOMETHING WE DID NOT AGREE ON. I simply asked over and over for them to send the remainder and they said give them two weeks. It's been a month and a half and yet have I heard from them. With that being said I have gotten my own lawyer to fight for the full amount because it is getting out of hand, it's not even about the money anymore its principal you should not dupe anyone for their money if you cannot give them what you were paid for and if you can't ? Return they money. I have contacted the Florida bar, better business bureau and my lawyer is now trying to get a hold of someone from their firm to settle this. Word of advice to anyone who needs help with their taxes DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM, SHADY PRACTICE do yourself a favor and hire local lawyers, ANYONE BUT THESE PEOPLE
