  Washing machines work great. Dryers are fast. Only problem I continuously have is that because the machines work on an in-house card payment system, the card swipe reader on all of the machines constantly respond with "Bad Pull", and it takes many tries just to get the payment processed. It gets very frustrating when you have to swipe the card 5-10 times just to try to pay the machines after just adding $20-$40 onto the cards they use.

  This was only my second time using a laundromat and I was totally impressed. Everything was very clean, updated and easy to navigate plus my clothes washed and dried faster than any other machines I’ve ever used. The woman there working, Liz, was very pleasant and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this laundromat to anyone in the area.

  I have lived in this area for a while now and was so happy when a new laundromat finally opened just 3 minutes away from me. Although it is very nice and clean the customer service is not so great. In a place that usually has barely anyone in it the attending does not acknowledge you or even greet you! When I asked them a question about their payment program they did not know the answer so they called the owner who did not pick up. By the time I left the owner never called back. Safe to say I will be taking my business across town where the employees and owner are much more friendly and welcoming.
