Most employees were wonderful. BUT 1 blew it for me. She was the only one on register on Saturday. She had plenty to say about her political views with the customer in front of me when I commented my vote and that I feel everyone has the right to feel the way they want that's why we vote. She then ignored me when I asked her about the market and how nice it was. IInstead she looked away from me and talked to someone else. Very sad... . It's people like that that makes this work hate each other. People political views should not be talked about in an employee setting and if I ignored someone the way she did I would of been fired. People should not be judged and treated based on if there views are different then yours. Especially if you work customer service.

I love this store! The variety of products is endless. When I can’t find something at some other store, I go right away to this Giant because I know I will find it there.

This is on of the newest, largest grocery stores in the downtown core of DC. Underground parking, large bakery section, there's a "hot and fresh" buffet-like section, and overall just a lot of aisles and products. The checkout wait times are vastly better than any of the Safeways I've been to in the city. There's a small seating area inside, in case you eat the ready made stuff and want to eat right away. I've seen signs for a happy-hour sort of thing (beer and wine), but I've never visited during that.
