  It's what you would expect. The West 117th stores a very large door with a good selection. The checkout lines are always too long, but that's no different than anywhere else these days. If you stick to the sale items you can do okay but everything else is priced pretty high. But if you buy the gift cards consistently and score those points to get the free gas kind of washes out in the end. There was Americans I think we all take for granted the convenience and selection and availability of how easy it is to get food items compared to the rest of the world.

  As always, the Giant Eagle on w. 117th never fails to maintain a high level of satisfaction for the 24 hour convenient and friendly service. This evening I left my wallet at the cash register after leaving the store, and when I returned to look for it, security was guarding my property; great job Giant eagle team

  I am pleased with the dry cleaners. They are priced Right. And always have my clothing on time.

  This is my go to, once a week, grocery store. Items are fresh, good variety, and well laid out. Gets busy at obvious times (like Sundays) and lines can get long. But otherwise it's a reliable location.

  This grocery store is very large. It contains a lot of items. There's a produce section, bakery, deli, meat and fish counter, pharmacy, state liquor agency, wide beer selection, and extensive freezer section. It's open 24 hours. The employees out on the floor putting away food are usually nice and helpful. The cashiers are also friendly and will chat with you if you want. However, Giant Eagle has fairly high prices compared to its competition in the area. Sometimes sale prices can make up for the overall higher prices if you hit it at the right time. The produce quality can also be very spotty during the winter. The parking lot here can be a nightmarish at busy times. There's always security patrolling around the lot and there is a Cleveland police presence inside the store due to previous issues they've had.
