::One of your getgo workers caught the call the police on a black person bug. Unacceptable the person should be fired for making a false call especially when there’s a sign in the door saying be back in 5 and all he doing is waiting to pay for his gas. Now that doesn’t sound like someone who should have the police called on them does it?

::Mismanagement is the name of the game here. Idk if its at store level or higher up but they can't keep employees so they're always understaffed but they've bullied other stores into closing so there's not a lot of other options. The employees seem like they're doing the best they can with what they have. There is almost always 1 or 2 registers open so be prepared to wait.

::First of all prices are astronomicaly high! Should’ve never shut down shop n save! Went to ask butcher at meat counter for help he was very nasty and huffed away in disgust for simply asking for something better. The stores main concern should be to provide customers with quality products! The steaks on display were absolute trash brown looking I wouldn’t even feed them to my dog!

::The parking lot entrance and exist, as well as the set -up of the lot is horrendous. Be careful entering. People run stop signs all of the time. The store is very busy and the ceiling where aisle signs hang is too dark. Cashiers were knowledgeable and friendly. There should be a sign at the quick scans stating that you have to have your perks card to use them. Prices were too high. Usually do not shop here, unless I have no other choice. Bread is oddly located. It should definitely be moved. Move the book and magazine section.

::After shopping at another Giant Eagle for years and being treated like I didn't exist, the Giant Eagle in Kennedy is a welcomed and refreshing change. I recently went in to ask for boxes to be used to pack away some small items in our home I was treated to a person that worked in the produce department. This gentleman was eager to help me get the boxes I needed and even offered to help carry them to my car. Wow, how little does this happen! Trying to get something from the deli at the old Giant Eagle was never easy. On more than one occasion I was the only customer at the deli while several deli workers were in a private conversation and would glance over at me as I waited patiently. The final straw was one evening when it took the deli clerk more than 10 minutes to cut a 1/2 pound of cheese and 1/2 pound of meat. Not so at the Giant Eagle in Kennedy township. This group of deli clerks are friendly, professional, and efficient. I have never waited more than a few minutes to get served no matter how busy they are. They are pleased that I am at the store. All the cashiers are friendly and efficient which makes for a great shopping experience. I'm so glad I switched to this location. My only regret is that I didn't do so sooner. Thanks to all the hard working folks at the Giant Eagle in Kennedy township.
