  Always friendly and helpful staff, make sure you always call and make sure your prescription is ready though, sometimes have a decent wait.

  They never have my daughters medicine. 3 out of 4 times I have to walk to rite aid, yes walk because I can't drive because of seizures. Even when I call its a problem, I've called and they said "20 minutes", and then I get there and they say "oh sorry 20 minutes again"! If you've ever been in a store with a cranky 11 year old and a cranky 6 year old, after a long day at school and work, then you understand why 20 more minutes is a lifetime.

  Generally reliable. Long waits on the phone. The do have an app for prescription refills now.

  The line can be slow at times.
