  My go too place for quick and great dinner, this may sound corny. But the bake ziti, chicken parm and the margarita pizza . Football time the wings. That’s it I’m done .

  I've lived in the neighborhood for almost 30 years and first had Gianna's garlic knot pie at a friends house a few years ago - I was hooked after that. Second absolute favorite is the penne a la vodka with grilled chicken. THE BEST vodka sauce - hands down - in the neighborhood. We have a number of Italian restaurants and pizza shops in the immediate vicinity and NO ONE can touch Gianna's vodka sauce. Order this dish and you will not be disappointed. I had it tonight and was inspired to write this review. The best Pizza shop in town!

  Their salad pizza is my favorite thing to get. Although, it’s gotten insanely expensive to have 2 slices for yourself. Plus I would prefer if I could customize the salad pizza (like remove the olives, onions & carrots).

  Hubby and I moved to Medford 4 years ago and cannot believe it took us this long to try Gianna's. Pizza and knots were absolutely delicious. So good I had to come back and try their Greek salad and that too was without a doubt the BEST Greek salad I have EVER had!!!! Owners were the absolute friendliest and place is clean and welcoming!! Needless to say, we have now found our FAVORITE pizza place!!! 🙂
