  when you had a bad day and you just want to treat do not go to this place. Their milkshake machine was quote being serviced. How is it possible that takes more than 10 minutes?!? and causes them to not be able to serve milkshakes at all

  Where do I begin. 1. Bathroom was filthy. 2. Every single napkin dispenser was empty. 3. The food I ordered I couldn't even eat but a few bites. I don't know what those guys were doing back there but they clearly don't care about what they're making. The chicken was bone dry and tasted like it had been sitting back there all day. The cheese on it was burnt and also seemed like it had sat around all day. The oil they deep fried the tater tots and mac and cheese bites was clearly dirty and not at proper temp. They were greasy all the way through. Nasty!

  Legit waited 20 mins for a smoothie. Their good service is always RIDICULOUSLY SLOW.

  They're terrible at getting food orders correct, also if you order a salad note that you have to grab you dressing even though you input your choice on the screen. For example, today I ordered a salad with buffalo chicken and blue cheesedressong, neither was in or with the salad.
