  I actually enjoy working out for the first time EVER. This place is so positive and motivating (without being over the top) that I joke that this is my "therapy." Every type of person- athletic or non athletic- will feel welcome, challenged, and motivated here. They keep it real. 🙌🏽

  I miss this gym so much! I moved away and have yet to find such an awesome environment to work out in. Every trainer is helpful and motivating and the community rocks. Can't wait to stop by when I'm back in town! ❤️
