  I was patiently waiting for my verification process. After on the phone for 3 hours, they still did not get it right and sent someone’s ID and photo to my email and approved it for someone else through my email as he had to do the same. It is a very tedious and unprofessional way of verification. AirB&B verification was much simpler. This is just the verification, imagine if you have to deal with the hidden fees and transactions later.
