  Joining GISFW was the best decision I've made for my health and the first time I've stuck with an exercise program. The trainers and manager are all awesome and inspire you to push yourself and stick to the program.

  I've been a member for the past three years and really enjoy coming here. The trainers are great and so is Teresa the manager. They will work with you and all your aches and pains and make you stronger. Plus I've met a great bunch of women who make it fun to work out with!

  Get In Shape for Women in Waldwick gets me motivated to workout. Since I started, I feel more energy and see the results. The trainers keep you challenged in a non competitive, positive atmosphere. No boring workouts here!

  The knowledgeable trainers are patient and helpful. They are able to maximize your workout while tayloring it to your specific needs. The other clients are very friendly. We are all ages, shapes and sizes with the common goal of good health.
