::I love this place. The trainers are all great. The nutrition plan is very helpful. It’s so easy to sign up for a gym and then not go, but with GISFW it’s different. They keep you accountable with a training schedule and weekly weigh ins. I have lost 17lbs in the last 3 months with their help and couldn’t be happier

::I've been a member since May 2016 and I have lost over 10 inches so far thanks to the combination of exercise, nutritional support, accountability (weigh ins) and the wonderfully supportive staff at GISFW. Each of the trainers have their way of doing things so I have a night a week with each one. The variety of exercises each trainer comes up with seems endless. This is not a "circuit training" type of establishment. You are given exercises based on your ability. There are women who have minor medical issues and they are only given what they can handle. There are young people who are pushed hard. I work up a sweat every time I go and I love it! I see the difference. I have gone from a size 12 to a 6 and I feel so much better. I have never stuck with a program like I have with this one. Thank you MJ, Ray, Greg and Donna for making going to the gym a fun and rewarding experience!

::I can’t tell you how many gyms I joined in the past but, for one reason or the other, ended dropping out after a few months. It was so bad that when I signed up with Get in Shape for Women, my family made bets about how long I would last. Well, family, I’m on my second year and still going strong. I’m off high blood pressure medication, I have much more energy, I went down a dress size and my diet is much healthier. I’ve given a lot of thought to why I stuck with this program, and I have reached these conclusions: Everyone at the program is wonderful to work with, from the owners to the trainers; the family-like atmosphere is such that you think you’re having fun (even when you’re in pain!). It also helps that we are all women; we don’t worry about how we look or whether or not we are wearing the latest workout fashions. The small-group workouts are challenging but not intimidating, so that someone like me who is not a natural athlete (or the most coordinated) can still do them. I only need to commit to an hour three times a week—not a whole lot of time; it also helps that the studio is only a few minutes away. The program includes a nutrition program that focuses on healthy eating, rather than dieting, so that you lose weight naturally and are more likely to keep it off. Get in Shape for Women has been a life changing experience for me, and I look forward to many more years as a member.

::I can't rave enough about Get In Shape. When I first joined, I had no prior experience with exercise/fitness - I don't think I'd even been on a treadmill before. Not only were the trainers super-patient when it came to showing me what to do, but they also took the time to explain why we were doing each exercise - what muscles they worked, etc. The nutrition counseling was also really helpful and they follow up often to make sure your plan is manageable for you. But the number 1 thing I loved about this program was the support - not just from the trainers and owners, but from the other women working out as well. Everyone is really rooting for each other. The environment is just extremely positive, which is a huge motivation to keep working hard! Overall, I loved it! I would recommend Get In Shape to anyone looking to get healthier.
