  Found two LP's I'd really been looking for in their online store and then added two "add-on items" as long as I was paying for shipping... a week later and after an email confirming the order was complete I noticed a partial refund through paypal (they didn't bother to contact me directly). The ones I'd made the order for had been 'unavailable' and they sent the items I was indifferent about and wouldn't have bought otherwise. When similar stuff has happened with other stores they've contacted me to see if I wanted to proceed with the order (ex. angry, young, and poor). Get Hip didn't even reply when I emailed back to (lightly) complain about it. booo
