  Get A Rate is really one of the best mortgage lender companies. The office is clean and welcoming and customer service is on point. Greg Marsh was so helpful and assisted me through the entire process and explained thoroughly my options, rates, and fees. He has so much insight, knowledge, and professional experience with mortgages. Highly recommend this lender, especially Greg Marsh and Jove Juzmeski (Real Estate Attorney) who is located in the same building. They are always available and follow up in a timely manner. My overall process went smoothly.

  We were skeptical when Get A Rate quoted us an unbelievably low rate compared to everyone else. Man did they deliver. Mr. Daniel Valencia, Home Loan Advisor, went above and beyond and got our rate locked and we closed in less than 25 days. Mr. Daniel Valencia did keep his process and we did close on time.   Can I give more than 5 STARS!! Being a first time home buyer what you look for is someone you can trust and someone you can rely on. I found that lender named GetaRate and most importantly the home loan expert named Scott Cummings. Words might not justify but I cannot be more thankful to Scott for making this process easier by being very transparent and by giving me options to pick the best that suits my needs and wants. I am not saying that the process is easier but if you find an expert who is there to make your dreams come true by guiding you and helping you throughout, please pick up your phone or write an email to the expert Scott Cummings.   I highly recommend anyone who is a first time buyer to go to Get A Rate!! They are an amazing team with a lot of knowledge and experience. I defiantly recommend Scott (the loan associate). Scott helped my husband and I every step of the way. Scott is very professional and with his great expertise made the process very smooth. I am definitely going back to Get A Rate for future loans.

  I worked with Daniel (loan officer) and Lisa (loan processor) for my recent purchase. My husband together or separately have been buying and selling several times and worked with many lenders and banks. These people have to be the most helpful and patient people I have ever met. Getting this through is nothing short of a miracle - among other things, we own rental properties and are moving from one primary house to another. We had to submit a lot of additional documents to get our loan compliant. We spoke to Daniel and Lisa almost every day. They are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We got a great deal! I strongly recommend them.
