The quote we received was very accurate & reasonable for the size of our move & the gentleman who came out to give the quote was friendly & personable. On the day of our move, the movers were polite, personable & worked quickly. Overall it was a very positive experience!

::Let's get a move on just recently moved us and they did a great job. Roman, Mike M., Gerardo, and Jesus all were very careful with our antique furniture, and everything else we had to move. They all worked quickly but were very knowledgable on how to take furniture apart and put it back together. They were also much cheaper than some of the other places I checked into. I would definitely use them again.

::As a fellow small business owner, there is nothing I hate more than having to negatively review a small business, however the public needs to be aware of how Get a Move On treats people. I have used them in previous moves and most recently used them a few weeks ago. They were 5 hours late to the move, which was not why I was upset - I was upset because for 4 hours I was told “30-45 minutes” every time I called. They NEVER called me to tell me there would be a delay. The move took 90 minutes longer then the previous moves (same furniture, same floor, same everything). During the move, a TV and painting were damaged (I let the painting go because things happen). When they called to tell me that they cracked the TV, they told me to call the office and they’d take care of everything. The manager told me they could give me a 5% discount for the 5 hour inconvenience ($25). When I called the office, I spoke with a woman who was VERY rude and unpleasant - her words were “should have boxed it up and this wouldn’t have happened”. I asked to speak to a manager or owner about my awful experience and never received a call. Eventually, after days of calling, I was able to get in touch with Eric/Erik. I explained the poor customer service, communication and overall experience. He and I had a wonderful conversation and I told him $25 was borderline offensive and he explained the process to get $ for my broken TV. I submitted the paperwork and he promised that within 48 hours he would call me to see if he could do anything better than 5%. 48 hours AFTER the 48 hour time frame, I called the office to talk to him and he was not there. I respectfully asked them to keep the 5% because the $25 was not going to make my experience any better and I’d rather let the public know about their operation. I am a huge small business, especially those located in Wichita supporter, so it’s heartbreaking to have to leave this type of review but some people should not be servicing the public. Beware of Get A Move On.

::They did an excellent job for us. The movers were extremely polite and accommodated us all the way around. They arrived on time and finished the move ahead of schedule. Their pricing was much more reasonable than other companies we checked with. We would definitely use them again.
