::After having a vehicle owned by husband and myself towed and essentially held for ransom by, I suspect, one of many unscrupulous towing companies in the Las Vegas area, I found myself in desperate need of a storage facility. In doing some cursory research online from Massachusetts, I found Gerke's. I spoke with the owner numerous times; at first it was primarily by phone, but when I had to travel to Vegas, I went to the facility, saw it first hand, and met Victor while waiting for my vehicle to be transported to this facility. I simply can't offer higher praise with respect to his utmost professionalism, genuine courtesy or his respectful and accommodating demeanor. This past week was absolutely 2nd only to the week I lost my child, but my interactions with Victor of Gerke's RV Storage and Service was the silver lining on the very dark cloud that was last week. To anyone in need of this type of storage/service facility, for what it's worth, I can only say with the utmost of sincerity, that I'd go no where else and would recommend him to all who value and appreciate the all too rare attributes displayed by this businessman.

::I have had my Motorhome stored at Gerke's on two separate occasions and found the facility to be clean and secure and the management and staff courteous and cooperative in all aspects. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone for storage of their RV or any vehicle.

::They tired to cover up a break-in my motorhome. Did not inform me or call the police, anything. Lost over $1000 of personal items i.e. lcd tv, blender, frying pans etc. When I went to pick it up they told me to pick up the key from a homeless man sleeping in a van next to the lot and no word to me there was a break-in. We agreed on a cash amount to settle but they never give me a cent. Instead they said we would send you a check then it was a credit on your credit card which they say they did but there was no credit. Now its we'll give a credit for a month. This happened in March 2013. These guys are not honest. BEWARE THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD 3 OTHER BREAK-INS.
