  I am writing a complain about them to BBB and the licensing board. I suggest you do the same if you have problems with them. They never return calls. I got hit by a taxi cab in the beginning if July. This is the end if July and I still cannot get my claim number from them. They never pick up the phone and never return calls. My insurance agent called them 4 times already with no result. In the meantime I cannot drive my car and I am loosing money taking cabs.

  This law firm is ridiculous, make money and do nothing. don't ever sign anything or work with them. a small car accident and took forever and that is the way them deal with the claim and make you to give up after seveal years

  I had an accident with a taxi cab, and the taxi cab was %100 at fault according to the police report. And the police report shows that Gerber&Gerber is the insurance company of the taxi cab. So, I called them to get paid for my loss. They came to see the car and evaluated the damage, I haven't get any news from this company for more than 6 months. I called many times and what they always say is they are still evaluating the case. I mean it is a car accident not nuclear disaster it must not take that long. I know they are just playing with me. This is not a decent behavior for a company. You are the insuirar, you guys are responsible from my damage. Nowadays, they are not even picking my calls. This is really annoying and frustrating. You can not imagine how frustrated I'm. They owe me money and doesn't pick the calls.
