::Great single origin coffee roasted in house. Only 1 type of coffee served at a time but you won't be disappointed. Taste a true cup o' Joe!

::Love this coffee. The staff is awesome. I really love the testarossa blend.

::Awesome coffee! The best around period. If you know your coffee and are very particular about what you drink, this is the place you're looking for. Georgio sources his coffee beans himself (actually his wife does) from around the globe. He roasts it and serves it with passion. Along with a few stories.

::There's no good coffee in Long Island. This is 99% true. Georgio's is the 1%. This professorial coffee genius is at the top of the coffee pyramid, and this includes beans roasted in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Don't expect neon signage, cacti, and bleached reclaimed wood here, this isn't a hipster oasis in Farmingdale. It's all about the rare, fragrant and freshly roasted single origin coffees.

::Went in there a confused, aspiring coffee enthusiast. Left feeling very comfortable with the selection I was lead to buy. A beautiful Ethiopian light roast, lemon body, raspberry finish. All of these things that they describe it as are EXACTLY that. 25 bucks for a bag but it was honestly the best 25 bucks I have spent in a while. Highly recommend this place they truly know coffee, all types.
