  I have been coming here since this place opened,, I am married now and lives in westchester and I still keep coming back all the way here because I never had any problems until this afternoon,, the girl madiha needs to know what she is doing,, she practically burned my skin while waxing,, that was not all she needs to know when to say what in public places,, a hijabi customer and her started to speak about where they are from and bla bla,, honestly there’s no issue in it until her and the customer started saying “as long as they are all Muslim that’s all matters” as if the rest of the people from other religions were the worst creature on earth,, initially the hijabi lady was hesitant to say it but that girl madiha said oh no problem you can say whatever thinking I don’t know urdu because I spoke to her in English when I came to the salon (FYI I am married to a hyderabadi indian and fully proficient in Hindi),, it is highly disrespectful to make comments about anyone just because you think they don’t understand your language,, basically if this is what she is blabbering in front of me who looks pretty Asian I wander what she is blabbering in front of other non Asian customers,,she was all sweet to the other lady but to me she wasn’t at all sweet from any angle,, so my conclusion was that unless you are Muslim you shouldn’t come to gorgeous salon on Tuesday bc this Muslim girl will only treat her Muslim fellows well,,my best friend is Muslim and I have gotten services done from plenty of Muslim people who were the sweetest people on planet but she was really the worst of a kind she is giving her religion a bad name and will drive business out of you if a lesson isn’t taught to her on courtesy

  We went in just to check the place out. Instead, she forced us to make an appointment! The next day, we decided to cancel the appointment, and when we called, they couldn’t find our appointment. Apparently they didn’t even write down our appointment! They were also extremely rude. I don’t suggest going.

  I’m never going back to this place! Staff is RUDE they will ruin your eyebrows! Stay away from this place!!! I wish there was an option to rate them 0

  I wish there was an option to give 0 stars but I guess Google wants to be a little generous. I got my eye brows done today from the owner. I told her specifically not to make them thin yet lo and behold, she seemed to be dellusional and completely screwed up my shape and thickness of brows. Like, what is so hard about cleaning up a brow when ur customer doesn't wanna look like she's a "puerto rican mami"?do u NOT understand that the brows are the most important part of ur face?? At least for some people?!! My brows will need at least 3-4 months to become normal looking again. Complete fail. I'll take my business elsewhere you losers. P.s. Manju is another weird worker there. She needs english lessons and braces.

  I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Honestly the absolute worst threading place ever. Every time I have gone there they made my eyebrows way to thin. Even after telling them all I want is to clean them up a bit. No shaping or anything. This is also not with one of the workers but with each and every single worker in there does not know how to thread eyebrows. Save your eyebrows and go somewhere else.
