  Steven Smith handled the closing of our first home ever and it was for a single family house on Staten Island. The process got complicated at times with the bank lender however Steven was able to work with them and keep our best interest in mind. He communicated with us clearly and made sure he had our back in the entire process. I would recommend him to others without hesitation. If we ever decide to move, Steven will be involved in that process.

  Steven Smith was my lawyer when I sold my apartment back in August 2017, I have nothing but good things to say about how he handled everything. He's quite competent, reliable and a genuinely nice person. I would highly recommend Steven, he's a good guy and more importantly - very good at his job.

  Steven Smith was great to deal with in every step of the way. He was my lawyer on the co-op I purchased. Especially this was my first time purchasing a home he made it easy and anytime I have a question he was able to explain it clearly. He was very professional. I would highly recommend him.

  Steven Smith handled our closing for a co-op property on Shore Road. The entire process took less than 3 months from accepted offer to closing date, and Steve made the process as smooth as I could have ever imagined as a first-time home buyer. Whenever we had a question re: paperwork or bank documents, Steve made sure to get back to us in a timely fashion, ensuring there no delays in securing the mortage and passing the board interview with flying colors. I highly recommend this firm for anyone buying a property in NYC!
