::We were suppose to have a piano picked up and delivered on May 24th. They showed up 4 hours late and said they needed more guys. Then they said they would go the next day by 5pm they never showed or called. Then they promised me and guaranteed me the delivery on May 30th 100% between 2-4 and they texted me at 4pm said we will be there. Once again no contact for 4 hours and they no showed again. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. They do not follow through. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life. No communication we finally just canceled and went somewhere else.

::NEVER!! Never use this company!! We scheduled for them to move our piano. The never showed up, and wouldn’t return text messages, calls or return our messages. Days later we finally got a hold of them and they rescheduled the move, but once again they are a no call no show. Think twice before scheduling with them!!

::Kevin and James were amazing. Very professional and efficient. They were able to pack our stuff, load it on the truck and unpack at the new house in not only record time, but no damage. They wrapped all our breakables in wrapping paper. 5 stars all the way. If you call this company ask for them specifically.

::Horrible Company and Experience After using them we couldn’t understand how they could get a 5-star rating until we realized all the 5 stars are thanking so-and-so for the great job they did. Now it made sense - after moving us, the movers did ask that we give them (the people) a good review for a contest they were in. I will say the guys who moved us were polite and professional. Our problem was on the back-end. We were significantly overcharged, and they charged our credit cards prior to even providing an invoice. The invoice provided was completely wrong with higher cost per hour as well as hours more than worked. When they were unable to load our items in the truck they brought, they charged us three hours (at $250 each hour) to go get another truck so they could finish the job. This is equivalent to ordering a pair of shoes, one shoe shows up and then the company charges you additional shipping to send you the second shoe. Although we attempted to work this overcharge out with the company they went radio silent and have now disputed the charge with the credit card company. There is severe damage to my hardwood floors which they said they would fix, but have not heard from them since, so it looks like I will have to go to court over that now. Finally, they moved my ex-wife and I out at the same time. A significant number of her items were left at my house as well as a good number of my items were left at her new house. This required us to rent a U-Haul and have to move all these items to their proper location the next day. So yes, the movers as people were great. The company and backoffice turned the frustration of moving into an absolute nightmare that we are still dealing with 2 months later. You are really choosing to roll the dice if you use this company – loaded dice working against you. But hey, so and so were fantastic..

::HIGHLY UNRELIABLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Scheduled these guys from 9-11. It is currently 12:20 and they still haven't shown up. I've had to move practically everything on my own except the furniture that requires more than one person to carry. Worst experience EVER.
