  If I could give this office negative stars, I would. The worse experience I have ever had!!! On more than one occasion they had trouble finding my appointment when I called. On my first visit as a new patient, they charged me $70 for the xray and cleaning...which the new dentist office that I schedule an appointment with today is doing them for free. I called the office three times and was given miss information every time. Today was the final straw. I was scheduled for a consultation with their oral surgeon, which took me a month to get. At no point in time was I advice of any out of pocket cost for the consultation. So, as I'm checking out, the lady tells me at the front desk my total for today is $202. This is an unexpected $200 I really couldn't afford as a single mother. Also no work was done today...all they did was confirm how many teeth needed to be extracted and how much it was gonna cost (which was $2800 w/insurance). So out of pocket $270 and the only thing done was xrays. So I recommended to anyone DO NOT use this dentist office. They are very unprofessional and expensive!!!

  Gentle Dental on W. Charleston does immaculate work and is fast and friendly, doesn't play around, they do exceptional work, and definitely know what they are doing. I sincerely suggest this Gentle Dental to all who need any teeth work or denture work...they are very professional and definitely makes people feel like they are home...KUDOS to everyone at this dentist!!! I have found my new family....go go go to this dentist!!!!!

  Today was my very first visit with Gentle Dental. I have to say, the office is really nice and the staff were professional and simply amazing. Both the dentist and hygienes were proficient and extremely friendly. I honestly cannot wait for my next visit. Huge Kudos to everyone who assisted me today. It all started with the warm and friends smiles from Sonia, James and Kat as I walked in, to James who completed my X-Rays and stayed to assist Dr. Streife with my exam. To Dr. Melinda for a phenomenal job today. I honestly think she is the best hygienist I've seen. I've always heard so many great things about this company. Now I know why they came highly recommended for me. I will follow suit and continue to recommend, Gentle Dental, the best dental experience out there. Great Job You All!!!

  This is my family dentist, My husband Son and myself attend. Every time we a treated with care and courtesy not only by the incrediable staff but also by our amazing dentist. This is the place I not only trust myself with but my family as well. I had to have 2 extractions, this office was INCREDIBLE not only did they make I was safe a comfortable the procedure was FAST and the checked up on me every couple days till I recovered. Thank you!
