::Probably the best dentist’s office I’ve ever been to. They were very thorough in identifying what problems I had, developing a treatment plan, and were able to explain it to me in concise words. Everyone form the people working the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist herself were very kind and nonjudgmental. I’ve had some not great experiences with health care in general before so it was a refreshing environment! Highly recommend if they’re in your network.

::Gentle Dental is an excellent orthodontist and dentist office. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The orthodontist and dentist are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain each step of the process and answer any questions you may have. They use the latest technology and techniques to provide top-notch care. Overall, I would highly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone in need of dental care as they really are completely focused on the comfort of the patients.

::During a snow storm about 4 or 5 years ago Dr Li fixed a painful messed up tooth extraction (started at different location by different dentist who half way through admitted it was beyond her abilities) and now I will follow her anywhere! Everyone here is wonderful, from checking in to teeth cleaning, but highly recommend Dr Li - I am no longer nervous going to the dentist because of her.

::Had X-rays, cleaning, and consultation with Dr. Lee today! I was nervous about switching dentists from the one I’ve been going to since I was a kid after moving into the city but now I wish I made the switch sooner! Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable here :)

::Thank goodness I finally found an amazing dentist in Boston! Dr. Lee and her team are AMAZING! They will work with you to help you take your mind off of what's happening (for me it was a root canal + crown) and they offer a really comforting environment for dental work. Dr. Lee was amazing, honest, and transparent with what I needed to get done. She took the time to explain everything to me, and she explained it all incredibly well. All of the dental assistants are happy and incredibly kind. If anyone who reads this has anxiety about visiting the dentist for any reason, go to Gentle Dental and see Dr. Lee, and your anxiety will be no more! :)
