::Had a terrible experience with Denise. I had an appointment card and showed up for my appointment, normally. Denise said she just didn't have me on my schedule and she just wanted to get rid of me, period. That's not what you do in these type of situation. You don't tell the patient "Well we don't have on schedule, that's it". So I asked to talk to someone else in the office and at that point she lost it. She falsely claimed to be the ONLY person in the entire office I could talk to and she also falsely claim to be the ASSISTANT MANAGER instead I found out she is just a patient coordinator. Why LIE? For what reason? She just really didn't want me to express my concerns and complained about her and she even call someone to REMOVE ME from the office. Who does that? So I asked her if she called the police to remove me and she said "no". So I asked her who did you call to remove me? And she said "I don't have to tell you that". So she was just beyond horrible and a liar and I don't stand for that kind of treatment. I already paid in advance for my treatment and showed for my appointment and all you can say and do is that I can't complaint to anyone and I need to leave? REALLY? The hygienist had to step in and handle the situation. Why the hygienist has to do the patient coordinator job and squeeze me in for the day? So the poor hygienist didn't have nearly enough time to do a good job. I still have piece of tartar and plaque. The procedure lasted 10 minutes at best while I waited hours. Definitely need a re-do and a refund. Gentle Dental is the equal of fast food of dental practices. Don't do it to your teeth. They didn't even take pictures to have a better idea of my underlining issues. They just get you through fast and get you out and that's it. Again, treat your teeth better. Go somewhere else.

::Staff is kind, I appreciate Denise, and the other receptionists helping I never miss an appointment. The reason for my updated review is because my braces treatment has been extended 2 years already, and doesn't seem to be coming anytime soon. Update 11/29/2017: Probably one of the main reasons for my delay was the high turnover of Orthodontists this place has had. I have seen 4 in total so far, that is about one per year. Having said that, The latest one, Dr. Bruce, has done an amazing job in understanding my frustration, and has done an excellent job trying to get these braces off of me. Thank you for all your help! Will update once my braces are off.

::The dentist is wonderful however the office is extremely poorly managed. Out of my four appointments set up by the office, two were canceled with notices only a day before. Once I was on time for my appointment and waited 45" just to be told that the doctor would not have time to treat me that day. The three office staffs especially Denise were rude and careless and do not follow up with cost estimates and tasks they are supposed to do. The office staffs either have inadequate dental knowledge to answer basic questions or have an aggressive attitude towards customers.

::Best dentist I've ever been to. I see Dr. Roz who is really professional and gentle. The front-desk staff is also really knowledgeable about insurance and billing and can answer lots of questions. I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the downtown area.
