  First time I ever tried this place. It's a bit daunting at first, if you don't know what the procedure is. And as you are filling your bowl with new flavors you may have never tried, it gets more interesting. I love this place, and happy to say I've converted at last half a dozen people to a Genghis lover.

  This place is always awesome. Always seated fast and taken care. Thats where my question lies. It always seems there is only one person waiting. They get frazzled when more people come on. Let's help the wait staff shall we and they might be able to smile more.

  My 14 year old daughter absolutely loves this place... I can't talk her into anyplace else.. I had to learn to love it..The food is great.. I am more of a steak and baked potato guy but this is a pretty decent substitute..you have various sized portions to choose from based on your appetite..

  While visiting family in Texas in February we had the unique, fun experience of dinner at Genghis Grill. There's a huge display of meats, vegetables and sauces that each person piles into a metal bowl...then taken to a staff who organizes your food for the chef. The chef cooks each person's food in a unique set up (see pix) When done cooking a sever brings each person's food in colorful, individual bowls of different sizes. (Each size bowl has a different price) All I can say is.....YUM! For added fun eat your meal with chop-sticks. We wish Ocala, Florida (where we live) had a supper restaurant like this.

  Service was terrible. They were behind and clearly short staffed. They asked if we would be willing to wait to be seated so they could catch up. We gladly agreed... They should have waited longer. Hostess was sitting us and others at dirty tables. There were dirty dishes spread throughout the restaurant on tables and on the half walls between tables. Server took far too long to greet our table and get drink orders. I had to go back up to the hostess to have her acknowledge us. Our appetizer was forgotten, but we asked for it again when our food was delivered and they brought it out quickly. I really like this chain and will visit again. Everyone has a bad night. I just hope this isn't the norm for this location Food was good.
