  I signed up for coverage to take effect 2/1, or so I thought. My application got submitted to the connect for health Colorado website but was stuck in pending status for 5 weeks+. Multiple emails sent to Erich during this entire process from start to finish and it was a gamble as to whether I would hear back from him. I was told I wouldn't be penalized, but I have very little faith in anything that comes out of this office so we'll see. In addition to the lack of communication, I was also told it was "just the reality of the Affordable Care Act and how bad it is". I really am not interested in your political views. The woman did correct herself and say it was just the connect for health website that was bad. Sounds like a good way to not take accountability. Extremely unprofessional.

  They have been calling me for months and hanging up. Whenever I call them back, they dont answer. I hate these people
