  absolutely loved the customer service i received by josh today i’m glad i switched banks. he helped me with more then i came in for, thank you josh definitely recommend people to this branch

  Never have I gotten greeted before every time I go the bankers get on the phone as if they can’t help you out, not even that they don’t even acknowledge that you are there I had a rep tell he’s the only person available when they had 4 bankers.

  They're pretty chill here, they usually have a good number of staff working so it isn't really ever something that takes too long. However, they need to retrofit their lobby. It has the old style tvs that lets out that dang high pitch ringing all the time that I guess only younger people can hear, and it hurts. Yeah pretty much, they just need to refurbish the lobby.

  No person to person interaction. The tellers take about 10 mins to say hello to you. Not pleased at all...
