  Cut off by someone in one of their trucks who didn't use a turn signal and then he flips me off. Unfortunately this is my only experience with their business but whoever was driving clearly didn't care that he was advertising rude behavior which only leads me to wonder how they handle their business.

  I have been a customer for years. They are our go to company for custom small batch glass. They have the best prices of any glass supplier that we have dealt with, and their customer service is professional. I would consider this more of a whole sale outfit, or business to business, I suppose. Thanks Susan for all the help.

  This guys suck as well. They installed a door that later failed a year later. The work was under warranty and they "fixed" it. A year after that we have the same problem. Now we are out of warranty and the tech comes back and says whoever fixed this before did a bad job and it was doomed to fail... Oh really but of course the company says they cannot validate those comments and I still must pay for the work. What a racket!
