  Amazing food quality and great prices, but the baker has an attitude problem and also refuses to do basic customizations that my previous (now retired) baker did no problem such as a rum cake with 3 cream layers. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? Can't give 5 stars until their baker's customer service and social skills improves.

  Was greeted at the door. Picked up a chocolate mousse cake with chocolate curls on top. it's been a favorite cake every Christmas Eve.

  Wendy is such a wonderful person, she made my bad experience into a very nice one. She was very patient when I was angry and made sure that my experience was a nice one. Would definitely be back there for my next occasion
