  1000x better than a "popular" alternative I had been using (and out of which I am still locked out for no reason).. No issues yet with Gemini.

  The verification was still faster than coinbase customer service. I'm free from the nightmare and the fees are so low! Wonder Twin Powers Activated!

  Gemini is founded by the Winklevoss twins: the guys that sued Mark Zuckerberg for stealing Facebook. I've been using Gemini since it launched; no problems. Support is a bit slow, but I assume it will get better with time. Be patient.

  Company is legit, did a test with limited amount of cash, have patients waiting period to clear funds, also lots of security measures which can be in your own benefit other than that all transaction went smooth.

  Review Updated 1/15/18: Changing stars for trading platform. Only Problem is probably that they are very busy with account verification. It took me about 4 weeks to get approved. They should work on improvement of customer support. ———————- THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL!!!! Emailed questions are getting answered probably by computer and only with general answers and only after several days. When you call their phone number - it says to read FAQ or email, no voicemail or real people. I filled all my info and waiting for verification already over 3 weeks.
