  Very bad service! I was in an accident last year and is supposed to be covered by a no fault insurance from geico for, Theraphy and Treatments from the hospital, and until this day geico has not paid any of the bills. I am still getting bills from Theraphy and the Hospital for a large sum of money that has not been paid for, now I am stuck with bills. Thanks to Geico and its no good costumer service

  DONT GET ANY INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY! They took my money and still cancelled the policy even with proof of payment. Their customer service is the worst I ever experienced, and seeing similar horrible reviews both from here and people I know personally let's me know this company is really as crooked as it appears. Take your money and run!!! DON'T U THEIR INSURANCE. Their rates are high anyway go to allstate or progressive

  A good buddy of mine has worked for GEICO for a few years now and she told me that I wouldn't believe the bullshit that goes on behind the scenes. For example, they pride themselves on serving military customers. Yet, if you're in the armed forces and live in NY or NJ (and probably some other states), there is an algorithm in their underwriting program that automatically places you in a higher-risk category. Get your automobile insurance somewhere else.
