  They repaired the mess that GeekSquad in Dolphin by International mall did in less time! The Bestbuy by International mall/ Dolphin Mall didn't calibrate my phone 3x's as they said and gave me my iphone without having followed the proper protocol! Dadeland Station Best Buy Geek squad had great bedside/tableside manner /customer service skills. They are TRUE experts in their craft as they fixed the mess of the other location and provided me with realistic expectations. I sat and saw how they took care of the other customers and they dedicated time and compassionate care to each customer. They respect your time and are great people working behind that desk!

  Pretend like they can't fix it so you have to buy a new computer. The warranty is a scam!

  Took my laptop that had heating problems to the store, service there was great. Unfortunately they had to ship it because they didn't have the part. My computer got there and it has not been worked on for about 3 weeks. It is incredibly disrespectful, since I was told it would take at most 2 weeks. Definetly not going there next time I need anything fixed.
