  Save some money and do yourself a favor and never give this franchise business, go to a local shop they will treat you good and give you a fair price.. my mom got ripped off by this guys and some of my friends..

  My son and I brought his computer to be serviced. He had called before we left home and talked with them but they never mentioned we need to make a reservation. Well, when we got there we realized that there was a waiting list. So we signed up to make a reservation and waited, and waited. There were 2 employees working, after one of them got down with his client he left and disapeared. Horrible service. Waited more than an hour. I left my son there, he is still waitin.

  We purchased a new large TV in April, it was shipped/received in May... it broke down in June... to me, that screams "lemon." Luckily, we bought the extended warranty; or maybe not lucky. We called GeekSquad and told them about the brand new TV giving us color lines. It took them a week to come out and then low and behold, the issue is the one we described. So it may be a cracked board or whatever, or maybe blah blah. So now it's going to take another week. This is pure junk merchandise. Looking at all of their reviews, I wonder how they aren't sued and closed down.
