  I had an appointment with geek squad for inhome service ..they wait until the last day to call you that they can't come because they didn't find the parts for the repair..... they had almost a week to order it ...and i already take a day off from work.......realy shame on you geek squad ......its not the first time........

  Extremely horrible when you wanna call them. They don't answer the phone when you call. When you're there in person they are very unprofessional and they don't take care of the stuff that's given to them.
