  I bought a $200 plan with them for my laptop because my mom made me. It was the best decision ever. My brother had dropped my laptop and the screen broke so I brought it in. For absolutely no charge my screen was replaced. They said it would take two weeks for it to he sent directly to my house but it was returned in less than a week. I find their staff to be hit or miss, sometimes I get great nice guys, other times they are arrogant bullies. Overall my recent experience with them was great so I'm giving five stars.

  Geek squad agent was very knowledgeable and was able to fix all problems and answer my questions.

  If i could give them zero stars i would. each and every time i bring an appliance to them it comes back either worse or the same as when i brought it. All they do is a security scan and say there's nothing wrong. I have a security system and I could've done my own scan. The appointments are stupid. They always say there's nothing wrong when i know there is something wrong because i'm the one that uses the appliance.

  Ive been waiting two weeks for service from Geek Squad, their customer service is horrible. They didn't even bother showing up for todays appointment, no phone call. I had to call them, only to be rescheduled for later today "MAYBE" but just in case a Saturday appointment was mad. Don't make the mistake like I did and buy a service contract its worth nothing!! I give Geek Squad NO STARS but had to give them one just to post this.
