  This one star is 100% a valid review. And I will not remove this one star until my issues is resolved, I am not asking for anything more than I deserve. My brand new computer form may 2017 hard drive went out, and they gave me a USED computer??? And now this used computer is broken as well?? The time alone I have spent trying to get a working computer is insane. When I can’t they hang up on me, and I have been calm and professonal?? What does it take get the service we pay for??
