  We used Geek Squad for a second time (first time was good) and was very disappointed in the team at the Norwalk Best Buy. The woman who took the computer told me they would need 24 hours to do a diagnostic. I was forced to keep calling after not hearing from them (after calling 2x), I finally got some feedback on the computer. Each time I called I could tell the person was "annoyed" that I was wondering where my computer what at the time. The manager got involved and while I do appreciate his efforts, the attitude of the team at this location was unprofessional. Apparently a diagnostic review is supposed to take 48-72 hours and the first woman should have never told me it was 24 hours (training issue…? Yes for sure). Lastly, we got the computer fixed and got it back on day 6. Basic good communications could have avoided all this grief. I hope they get it right next time.
