  Just don't go there do not buy their extra protection either. They lost my tablet, everytime I called them it was a different story. One day they were waiting for a screen tracked it online via their repair tracker says screen piece was there. (The broken screen was the only thing wrong with this brand new tablet) Next call they say they're waiting for a motherboard​ piece. Say whaaa? Ok. Weeks go by still haven't even started the repair. Called and called different story, different story. So I go the the store personal (wasn't a nice visit, raised hell!!) Was told if it took longer than 30 days they'd replace it.. we had a week to go before 30 days and the repairs hadn't even started yet... All in all they did replace it, but what the fudge sickle bro. Sidenote geek squad employees very rude before I raised hell. Was told that the website they use to inform consumers of their own repairs was, "terribly unreliable" again what the fudge sickle bro!! Ok, I'm done.

  We took our external hard drive for data retrieval. Their price was exorbitant and we ask for the hard drive back. It took us over a month to get it back as they required an appointment just to pick it up. On one occasion, my wife was told on the phone By one of their employees to "come on in and pick it up, she did not need an appointment". When she got there, even though they were not busy, they turn her away. We will not be back!
