  My laptop was recently hacked. I have a close friend who takes care of my computer problems. Unfortunately, he's busy. So, he suggested I go to Best Buy and use the Geek Squad service. I'm glad I did. My laptop is working faster than it used to. It's also good to know Geek Squad is available 24/7. Thank you very much to Onely and the Geek Squad!

  Thomas J. Tiscia of the Best Buy Geek Squad was extremely helpful and technically savvy. He was able to diagnose the problem that was causing my Windows 10 OS laptop to Blue Screen in an endless loop. he offered several options on fixing the problem.

  The geek squad and geek squad manger have been unhelpful. Twice I have showed up way before my appointment just in case someone did show up. Right now they said they were triple book, to me that means that there are three techs scheduled to work at a time. For the past 40 minutes only one person has been helped at a time with about a 5 min overlap of two people. There seems to be no policy if they show up even 18 min late to their 20 min appointment. I just had to drop my computer off to be shipped off for a physical repair. At 4 20, after waiting 20 min for the general manager to get off break (completely underdstandble) at 4:26 told me 5-10 min. At 4:31 I got seen. I was done by 4:48 and still nobody had showed up for appointments that were booked solid until after 5 20. I understand making appointments in advance means less of a line and is typically easier for everyone, but to not have a policy for walk-in appointments is unprofessional and not helpful customer service.
