  Never take your laptop here. I had a hard drive issue that I did not have the time to fix. I paid $150 to have them reset my computer that's it (by the way there's a button for that on your computer). I told them to call me before they did anything, no call, lost all my files. HIRE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THEIR STUFF

  I lost 3 days of my life trying to upgrade RAM here. No knoweldge. No professionals. NO customer service. If you know about tech and need help. Dont go here. They are very bad and take hours just for PAPER WORK. I am not exploding with joy with this service at ALL 2/10 was my experience here November 2017
