  Always friendly and efficient. Their service is alwayys helpful and they always have a smile on their their face. The store well maintained and the parking lot clean of trash.

  Great customer service , orderly in the way they have the next in line now serving system. I prefer to use the self service kiosk if the line is long which is very convenient for me. When that place has a line it might be a little bit of a wait . The service seems expensive but the large majority of the of the employees I've interacted with have been extremely helpful both in person and on the technical support line and the customer support line, even the people have called to pay my bill were extremely helpful and friendly. Phone service , home or business internet , wrooting around , you name it 😎👍!

  I went into the GCI store to drop off a cable box for a friend that was moving. It's kind of strange when you go in and are greeted by a person that requests you type your name in to a kiosk and wait for an agent to help you. All in all it was not a bad experience... Which can happen with a lot of cable providers.
