  Horrible. They stold my deposit and never did the job. During the permit process that was required they tried to triple the value of job. 7 months later the owner Lance Wayne refuses to return my deposit and he hasnt done any work. the plans he did are incorrect and the I have to have them revised at my expense and he will not return any money.!! Horrible untrustworthy company

  They are the best in South Florida! I needed one of my buildings parking lot fixed ASAP and these guys did just that. The parking lot was repaired, stripped and paved within 3 days. It rained for a bit but I think they could had done it quicker if it wasn't for the weather. I highly recommend GC Works.
