::I have been doing business with this provider for over 6 years. They provide laundry service and subrental linens for my company. They consistently deliver. When there are issues, they help me resolve them by sending couriers with the needed items and allowing will calls without expedite fees. They provide reliable service to me. My job is much easier because they pickup and deliver to my door. This service is a great advantage not to be taken for granted. The pricing I receive is marketable to my customers.

::We had placed a small order for a private event; the sales rep, Sindy Castillo, had ensured that our order would be delivered by 4pm the day of the event (our event was at 5pm; this was the earliest they could deliver to us). The next day, 4pm came and went, and no linens. I called the Dallas office and spoke with several reps inquiring about our order. I was placed on hold or disconnected multiple times. On the fifth call, someone was finally able to verify that there had been a "mix up," and our order had never been placed on the delivery truck, and was therefore no en route to our event, nor would it be. No apology, no resolution, no 'let me see what we can do...' Nothing. We frantically scrambled to find an alternative. An hour into our event (the event was 5-7pm), a frazzled delivery driver called me to say he had the linens on the truck, but was stuck in traffic and wouldn't be able to make it. The following day, I called the Dallas office asking to speak with someone about a refund. They took my number and said Sindy would call me back. Again, no apology. I emailed Sindy and asked her to call me as soon as possible to discuss a refund. I did not receive a phone call, but did receive an automated email confirming our refund had been processed. Again, no apology, no acknowledgment of their mistake and stress it caused on our end. I am unable to comment on the quality of their product as I never saw it. However, the abysmal customer service we received and the ambivalent attitude of the staff toward our predicament has confirmed that we will never do business with GBS again.
