::The staff was very helpful. An employee came out from behind the counter to walk me over to where they sell a specific wine after I had asked if they sold a certain wine. The staff was also friendly, smiling, sociable and I watched another employee there kindly help a (let's say) less fortunate, dirt-stained man by giving him directions to another store he was looking for.
