You can't get any information out of them. 3 months, and I am still in excruciating pain, and have no idea why. Can't even get the doctor to tell me about my test results. Basically the instructions are " shut up, and take your pantoprazole." EDIT Apr. 13 2023: And within a few hours, I get a response on Google, but can't get them to talk to me as a patient. Appalling.

Should have looked at reviews first on how horrible this office is. I scheduled an appointment, only to arrive and be told they had no record of it. Instead of just apologizing and working me into the schedule, they wasted 40 minutes dragging their feet while laughing about me on their in office messaging system. Run away from this office!

My mother has an appointment there tomorrow she is 82 it's her liver. After reading reviews now I'm scared. She got liver disease from blood transfusion from 1982. Christ Hospital found it after being admitted for severe pain in right side. Oh now I'm so worried more.

I paid over $2,000 out of pocket for testing, and the physician that did the test had no familiarity with my case. I did not get any information on the conditions I was concerned about, was told no diagnosis, and given no treatment recommendations. They told me I wasn't going to have a follow-up appointment. I believe that I may have not even been tested for the conditions that I went in for. I have tried to contact them to make them aware of what happened, but I cannot get anyone to call me back and when I log into their online system, there's no information under my account. I can't view my test results or reach out to the providers via email. I might as well have flushed that money down the toilet.

Tried for 3 weeks to get a callback to schedule my colonoscopy and upper GI. With know return call until the 3 week. Poor customer service. I wonder just how long it would take to get my report after procedues. Maybe a incompetent group. If they can't schedule and the reason they told me was they are short staffed. Schedule with Trihealth no problem.
