  I've been a patient for a few years. Dr. Krishna has always been wonderful. The office is nice, and the staff is very friendly.

  They seem very disorganized and are inconsistent in communications. They don't instill a lot of confidence.

  A TWO HOUR WAIT TO SEE THE DR.! Dr. never apologized for keeping me and my family waiting. I was a new patient to this practice. Just home from a stay in the hospital and was feeling awful. Two hours was way to long to wait and I should have left. Dr. Krishna was not worth the wait. One more hour and a bunch of tests to have done later and I was still no better off than I was before my visit. Skip this doc.

  Dr. Wolov is very nice and thorough. Office is clean and quiet. I have been there a few times and have seen different doctors and did not care for how quickly I was rushed in and out, Dr. Wolov was different. I also had issues with those who answered the phone, rather unfriendly and less then helpful. It took me asking for supervisor to get my issues resolved with scheduling a procedure. They are associated with a surgical outpatient center and AAMC.

  Absolutely horrible front desk receptionist. Specifically, when I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone in charge to get better clarification concerning a referral, she stated that it was a satellite office and that if I had "issues" I would need to go to the Annapolis location. When I asked for her name she told me it was Whitney and when I asked for a last name she said "I don't have to give you my last name." However her name is Stephanie Whitney. Her lack of professionalism and customer service provoked an unnecessary argument. I "Will Not" return to this office and I have found a different doctor in Fairfax, Virginia
