  Can I give zero stars?? What a condescending jerk! My husband and I went to buy kitchen flooring and were told we couldn't shop unless we provided samples of our counter and cabinetry. I haven't even picked my counters yet! He wouldn't stop talking about how to dress a room like it's a woman, and you can't buy shoes without having a dress. We knew what we wanted and we were there to make a purchase. I could not compel this arrogant know-it-all to help us. I left there livid...I'm the customer, you want my business - not the other way around. We went to another vendor directly afterward and ordered about $3000 worth of flooring from a very nice sales representative.
